Åsa Jungnelius

When Kosta Boda was to hire in 2007, the choice fell to Åsa Jungnelius. An artist who wants to challenge the prevailing taste and has been called a glass feminist. Åsa belongs to the new generation of designers at Kosta Boda in Småland. It was precisely in Småland that she began her thorough education in glass at Orrefors Glass School. She became a glassblower, a profession that requires skill, precision and feeling. It then took off to England, Kenya, Italy and the USA before finally ending up at Konstfack in Stockholm.
