Kosta Boda is proud to present Mattias Stenberg as a new designer in 2016. Mattias Stenberg has a high level of technical expertise that will permeate his work. He has a background as an engineer, architect and researcher in Sweden and the USA with a degree from the Royal Institute of Technology. With his high competence, Mattias Stenberg has been awarded many prizes in design, interior design and architecture. Mattias is widely acclaimed in design, interior design and architecture. “As a designer, I work perhaps a little more with reduced forms and expressions than what we are used to seeing at Kosta Boda. For me, it was instead important to go back to my own first impressions of Kosta Boda, namely as an innovative and experimental company, where you are willing and even encourage the desire to experiment and product development out "on the floor" in the cabin.
