Instead of chemicals or coatings, Hestan has thousands of titanium-based NanoBond lager bearings that are bonded directly to stainless steel. The result is a super-tight cooking surface that is stain-resistant, scratch-resistant, non-stick and dishwasher safe. Complete with a clean aluminum core for even heat distribution!
