Sophie Conran's life and upbringing have shaped her to become one of England's and Portmeiron's most popular designers. In March 2006, Sophie's range was launched at Portmeiron and immediately became a great success, having since won countless awards for its design. Sophie has developed trendy kitchen products with the mantra, "from oven to table", where all parts of the tableware do just as well in the kitchen when cooking as on the dinner table.
