Veloce Champagne 32.7cl, 2-pack from Riedel's Veloce series. The design of the cup with its pointed bottom creates a vortex of bubbles in the bottom which then rises to the top like a pillar, which prolongs the "life" of the drink. The wide portion in the middle of the hive collects the aromas of the beverage which, when ingested, gently moves the aromas towards the tapered opening of the hive and concentrates the aroma to the nose. The glass is machine-made and can be washed in the dishwasher.
