Ticka by Ellen Ehk Åkesson, Kosta Boda is mouth blown. The glassblower cuts off the hot glass and shapes the edge by hand to create a soft and round edge at the opening of the object. This makes each object unique. Each "Ticka" is put on and shaped by hand, which requires the object to be heated each time a "Ticka" is attached. The sculpture is handmade and each "Ticka" is hand-painted. The object is limited to only 100 copies.
