Miyabi Chef's knife 6000 MCT Gyutoh, 24cm. A knife of the highest quality with a blade of hard MC63 Micro Carbide powder steel, ice-hardened to a hardness of approx. 63 HRC. The blade consists of 100 layers of stainless steel in a beautiful floral damask design and a grinding angle of 19°. The Gyutoh knife combines first-class comfort with incredible cutting properties. Should not be washed in a dishwasher.
