Miyabi Mizu Chef's Knife 5000 MCT, 20cm is a Japanese chef's knife with a blade length of 20cm. Suitable for cutting and separating fish and meat. The knife's pointed tip and robust blade allow clean cuts to be made with ease. The knife has a core of MC 63, micro carbide powder steel (63 HRC) covered with 2 layers of ice-hardened Cryodur stainless steel and hammered surface that prevents food from sticking to the blade. The knife has an ergonomic handle with a Japanese design. The knife should be hand washed only - made in Seki, Japan.
